About JoBrilliant and these terms

JoBrilliant provides a candidate-facing recruitment and job-matching service. The website lets you learn about the service, answer a career-preference quiz, provide contact and personal details, upload a CV and add optional notes so the team can review your information for possible opportunities.

These terms govern your use of the public website, quiz and application service. Additional statutory or contractual terms may apply depending on the recruitment services ultimately provided. Nothing in these terms describes JoBrilliant as an employment agency or employment business.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to seek the roles for which you wish to be considered and provide information on your own behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your answers, contact details, work history, qualifications and uploaded documents are truthful, current and not misleading.

Tell JoBrilliant if important information changes. Do not provide another person’s personal information unless you have lawful authority to do so.

No guaranteed outcome

Submitting the quiz or an application does not guarantee employment, an interview, placement, contact from an employer, a particular role, salary or any other outcome. Matching depends on available opportunities, employer requirements and the information provided. JoBrilliant may decide that no current opportunity is suitable.

How applications may be used

Authorised JoBrilliant staff may review your information, quiz answers, CV and notes for recruitment and job-matching purposes. Where relevant, candidate information or a CV may be shared with prospective employers or recruitment clients to consider potential opportunities. Personal information is otherwise handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and only for genuine enquiries or applications. You must not upload malicious code; attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls; interfere with the website; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or misleading material; scrape or copy data without permission; or use the service in a way that harms JoBrilliant, candidates, clients or other users.
