Accessibility Statement
We want as many people as possible to be able to use JoBrilliant and apply for opportunities.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Our commitment
JoBrilliant is committed to making the website and application service accessible to as many people as reasonably possible. We make reasonable efforts toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, while recognising that accessibility is an ongoing process.
This statement does not claim formal accessibility certification, complete compliance or an accessibility badge.
How the site supports accessibility
The site uses semantic page structure, labelled form controls, keyboard-operable links and buttons, visible keyboard focus, descriptive page titles and status or error messages that do not rely on colour alone. Layouts adapt for mobile and enlarged content, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.
The site respects reduced-motion preferences by minimising animation and smooth scrolling when a device requests reduced motion.
Alternative application arrangements
If you cannot use the quiz or upload experience, email info@jobrilliant.com. The team will provide reasonable assistance or discuss an alternative application arrangement. You do not need to disclose more information about a disability or access need than is necessary to explain the support requested.
Report an accessibility problem
Email info@jobrilliant.com if you encounter an accessibility barrier. Please include the page or step, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, the device and browser or assistive technology you used, and your preferred way to be contacted. This information helps the team investigate and respond.
Ongoing review
Accessibility should be reviewed as the website, content and application workflow change. Feedback is welcomed and will be considered as part of future improvements.
